Yea dude, schizophrenia is a terrible disease, you shouldn't have kids. It is so tragic when a bright & happy child is on the verge of adulthood and instead of blooming into a functional adult they instead become afflicted with hallucinations and fear. If I were you I would have a vasectomy.

If it was just about bad genes I'd say to go for it, but because of your circumstances neither of you would be likely to make good parents. Children of parents with substance abuse problems or mental illnesses generally become fucked up and miserable. My mother did part of her medical internship at an emergency mental department and the vast majority of patients were either substance abusers or grew up in homes with mentally ill or substance abusing parents.

Same here, except I'm not interested in having children, I do all kinds of weird shit, for instance, if a friend gives me a condom as a gift I check if he poked holes in it, or when people offer me food or free stuff I assume it has been tampered with OR the person just did some kind of investment. I'm 25 and I never managed to be attached to my parents or any other person, I just have 'distant' friends and I use them for my advantage while looking as a generous person. I'm a white collar criminal, I tried to commit suicide once, I can't even enjoy sex (even though I've been with over 30 women), I feel terribly awkward after orgasming, it is truly a terrible way to live, but I don't know any better.

Anyone who says these illnesses are just made up disorders, is clearly an imbecile or a troll. Schizophrenia has pretty distinct psychological advantages. If we were still nomadic/huntergatherer/non-sedentary peoples, having schiz would be highly highly functional.
