it isnt actually a paradox
relativity laws only apply to inertial reference frames, but the rocket has to change its velocity (reverse) to get back to earth, meaning it isnt an inertial reference frame
normal relativity laws dont apply
so both brothers arent older than eachother as would be expected (thats the paradox the comic missed)
