Those are all claims of mainstream holocaust historians. There are not 6 million Jewish death certificates, they use other methods. They do have some camp issued death certificates though which is odd. They are just missing over 90% of them.

There seems to have been a schizophenic attitude of the Nazis towards Jews. Take Anne Frank for example. Anne Frank was deported to Auschwitz in September 1944. Despite being unable to work she was not gassed on arrival as the narrative dictates. She spent a few months there and then was deported to a different camp. Disease plagued the new camp and she spent the last few months of her life remaining bedridden in the camp infirmary, before eventually dying from typhus in Spring 1945 at a different camp about six months after her initial arrival.

It's also telling that in order to explain away the lack of physical evidence you have to continuously invent just-so stories and invoke the god of the gaps to make the narrative work.
