>I don't understand why I had to be born
According to NDErs, you chose to come here to experience being a human.

Study NDEs and realize that there actually is an afterlife and that we are eternal and will go to heaven unconditionally when we die, and that life is like a video game or a simulation and never ends. You memorywipe with amnesia when coming here for the purpose of immersion.
>hallucinations/dreams/DMT/lies
Here is an argument for why NDEs are real:

https://youtu.be/U00ibBGZp7o

It emphasizes that NDErs are representative of the population as a whole, and when people go deep into the NDE, they become convinced. As this article points out:

https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/mysteries-consciousness/202204/does-afterlife-obviously-exist

>"Among those with the deepest experiences 100 percent came away agreeing with the statement, "An afterlife definitely exists"."

Since NDErs are representative of the population as a whole, and they are all convinced, then 100% of the population become convinced that there is an afterlife when they have a sufficiently deep NDE themselves. When you dream and wake up, you instantly realize that life is more real than your dreams. When you have an NDE, the same thing is happening, but on a higher level, as you immediately realize that life is the deep dream and the NDE world is the undeniably real world by comparison.

Or as one person quoted in pic related summarized their NDE:

>"As my soul left my body, I found myself floating in a swirling ocean of multi-colored light. At the end, I could see and feel an even brighter light pulling me toward it, and as it shined on me, I felt indescribable happiness. I remembered everything about eternity - knowing, that we had always existed, and that all of us are family. Then old friends and loved ones surrounded me, and I knew without a doubt I was home, and that I was so loved."

Needless to say, even ultraskeptical neuroscientists are convinced by really deep NDEs.

No. The bliss is only in the anticipation of freedom from existence. We can't characterize anything once we're nonexistent, but we can by comparison know its better than this. Nothing is preferable to anything.

Then there isn't anything preferable to anything you are experiencing now, so you might as well just keep doing whatever you are doing or whatever else you want to do because nothing else is preferred to anything else you could possibly do either, so just be yourself.

It's natural to wonder why you had to be born and what your purpose is in life. It's okay to feel uncertain or to have questions about the meaning of life. Many people have grappled with these kinds of questions at some point.

One way to think about it is that you were born because your parents decided to have a child and you are the result of that decision. Your existence is not a coincidence, but the result of a series of events and circumstances that led to your birth.

It's also important to remember that each person's life has meaning and value, regardless of whether they understand their purpose or not. You have the opportunity to make the most of your life, to find fulfillment and to make a positive impact on the world in your own way. You have the power to choose how you want to live your life, and that can be a very empowering and meaningful experience.

That specific child is only possible as an extension of your specific DNA mixed with the specific DNA of a specific co-parent, there is no alternative for that specific child other than the two of you specifically.

there is always more than one different way to get a specific genetic sequence as a result of male and female reproduction.

also, even if you were right and a genetic sequence could only be produced with a unique mother/father pair, then your original position wound still be wrong since you don't have a unique monopoly over your own genetic sequence. Your genetic clone will eventually exist.

In order for your original position to be correct, you need to invoke beyond-material mechanisms that give you a causal monopoly over people, without opening up the door to other methods (like the soul) that override material causal monopolies anyway.

tldr: Jesus is Lord, and you cannot stop people from existing by mere abstenance.

Such as? Are you saying you could accidentally birth a baby giraffe?

>Your genetic clone will eventually exist.
How do you figure?
That would require every single ancestor to be repeated in exact order.

>you cannot stop people from existing by mere abstenance.
People in general, no, but you can stop a specific person from existing, the one you helped create, your child and if you can manage that it would obviously mean your genetic clone would too and so would his genetic code so that your decision didn't stop just one, but infinite people from existing unless you roll for andIts a Wonderful Life situation in reverse or something.

>a giraffe can't be born to a human therefore a human can't be born to a human
lol, fallacy, if you do something like this again, I won't engage further.

just because there is a limited amount of scope regarding the set of all possible two sequences of genes that can generate the same resulting sequence, doesn't mean you're right

>a genetic clone requires the exact same genetic lineage to generate the same genetic resutting sequence
no
>preventing infinite people from existing
you're touching on something called "acasual trading"
yoe are right that you are correlated with your genetic clone, and the decisions YOU make are going to be similar to the decisions made by your genetic clones, but this correlation is not perfect
genetic sequence is not the only thing that controls decision making
(eg, epigenetics, environmental stimulai, free will, etc)
so no, you are not preventing anyone fnom existing
actually, this is boring so I'm calling it

>fallacy
No, if your genetic sequence is not limited to the sequence of genes in your genome as inherited from your ancestors, then it should be possible to reproduce any gene sequence.

There is a reason gene sequencing can connect you to all your relative, not just siblings and cousin, but x removed aunts and grandparents too.

>similar
If it is just similar its not a clone

>so no, you are not preventing anyone fnom existing
Wrong, the person who actively chooses to have no children has prevented all of their children and their children's decedents from existing. Take your ball and go home, but you didn't score a touchdown today.
