I may be schizophrenic. My whole life I was diagnosed with social anxiety, I never told my doctor the real reasons for my anxiety because they sounded dumb. They were fears all my peers wanted to physically harm me, were planning to humiliate me, were plotting to ruin my life. Much more. I told a doctor after reading so much meth and DSM symptom lists on /sci/ the last month. He said he is worried I may be one as well. I am to stop drugs completely and will be piss tested weekly. I smoke weed and take xanax. If my psychotic symptoms persist for 2 months sober, he's going to diagnose me.

My grades have been slowly slipping too. A student, B, now low C. Is Psychology a good major for someone schizo? I am worried I won't be able to continue in STEM. Apparently, I am infact getting less intelligent not just lazy as I thought. If schizo that is.So what would you recommend I do with my schooling? I need to minimize debt in case I can't do anything. So that means changing majors SOON. What can a BS/BS in Psychology even do? I can still do psych and history.
