Why are professors such cunts?

I'm on disability for having schizophrenia and bipolar. I have three accommodations mandated by the schools disability department. Time and a half on tests. Quiet room with no one around (I get searched and must leave my phone + ipod with the staff in a locker room, cant cheat) and make up test/assignments due to disability related absence with proof. last semester i had a dick professor who tried to fail me on a test I missed due a psycotic break I had, he didn't want to write a new test for me and wanted me to just retake the whole course.He put a 0 in and refused to discuss it. I had a note from the ER doctor saying I was delusional and psycotic too. Due to the drama I just got a free A on the test since he was tenured and couldn't be fired. I wanted to retake it, I'd have got a C most likely. But they just gave me an A to make the drama go away.

This semester my psychology professor is trying some bullshit where she doesn't want me to take my test in the quiet room. And she was all interrogating me when I brought my disability. Then asking me if i actually need the accommodations. I mean why would I fucking admit I'm schizo and go through the trouble and embarrassment if i didn't need them? Have to go in and get the disability department to talk to her and work it out so I can take my test in a quiet room. Such fucking bullshit.

Isn't it illegal for them to not give accommodations to the disabled that were promised to them by the school? Posted here before about this, might remember me. Anyways, I figured /sci/ is the most knowledgeable when it comes to university, /r9k/ is full off NEETs.
