Would I be retarded if I was doing a flowchart of things in theast section being linked together and put Endocrine Disorder (from spoon shaped nails) to pellagra? Kiolonychia is the only endocrine disorder I got to so far but is it so unrelated to the other that it'll just confuse me?

I have to say that I'm disappointed with the BMJ now (and I went into the recent ones knowing that j would be, because I thought everything would have to blame COVID). IM from a "socioeconomic" background btw, you know what I mean
Coming from the 1800s journals I'm reading the most current ones expecting to get loads of information from the site which on it says "meant for medical professionals only" because in the 1800s they obviously knew much less than us, but those journals were more packed with it than these ones. It seems they can't go even one article (sometimes it's HALF of one) without cutting to a new article that takes up the rest of the large and then the next one to talk about strikes or pay; they can't stop talking about immigration in a medical journal; the journal has calls for action for foreign countries or women children getting kidnapped in Ghana, and if you donate to that in the middle of a piece about the under.funding of our own healthcare system you are a sucker really; every piece that I have to read has to include which minority it affects more or what one or women can be inserted in tk it as the ones who suffer the most. I'd like to see (think it would be useful) data on how many articles are written and how many out of those mentions "socioeconomic conditions"
It's been known for years that the poor are twice as likely to die as infants than the rich. That poor people die in childbirth too. Also the sun is racist and black people are more affected by it.in this country. Maybe instead of self inserting socioeconomic factors and minorities into everything you could be able to treat diseases instead. Maybe stop being a third world medieval country and learn how to deliver babies without killing baby or the mother instead of it getting worse instead of blaming poverty and do better than what we could already do in 2014

But, definitely, I didn't want to both the ambulance about some pointless panic about nothing, medically. It's probably smart to take medical advice and see the doctors about that
- I still lived through that, and if I didn't take my advice - which I didn't - I would still have lived. If I had been born 200 years ago I would have killed the patient
- the doctor will probably find something wrong with me, not that I should diagnose myself, and it should be fine. I have options to live a healthy healthstyle on my own advice and it works, I just don't. I will, but still, the Hippocratic oath is fine I think. I'm still lurking these threads

Fentanyl sublingual tablet using citrate (carrier). Also because of the route of administration it does bypass the GI tract where it'd normally be absorbed
