What kind of kids think a man would get offended by you saying "How's it going man?"

I have a pretty serious mental illness. Due to this, I have trouble relating to most women. The only girl I've connected with also is mentally ill. I don't desire children since I have problems connecting to people, I'd make a horrible distant father. This girl wants kids. Also, I'm pretty sure if we both have schizo, kids would as well. I wouldn't want to give anyone this illness.

Is it best for me to let my genes die out? I'm handsome and intelligent, but tweaked in the head. Also a drug addict.
