I once took a speed reading course.
Learned to read straight down the middle of the page. I was able to go through ‘War and Peace’ in 20 minutes.
It’s about Russia.

Im starting to get fuzzy on books ive read a decade ago. sucks having to reread everything twice or three times

I wish I was a faster reader, and a more comprehending reader, but I still enjoy going through a work at a rather slow, informing and immersive pace.

>> No.22578996

>>22577738
Well yeah, a decade is pretty good memory if you consider merely fuzzy bad. You’re better off in that department that about 90% of the population. I’m “fuzzy” on books I’ve read last month

sounds like absolute hell. i have a moderately powerful recall & like these anons >>22577388 >>22577299 i'm regularly tortured by my brain with memories of every time over most of my life that i acted like an autistic retard or made people angry at me or stupidly disrupted the flow of socialization surrounding me, i'd probably kill myself if i had perfect photographic recall & could remember literally every such instance with perfect flawless clarity

that will probably impress your professor, yes

Emotionally charged memories might seem clearer than others, but they are actually less reliable.
