why are people buying 100$ fragrances when you can just use 1$ deodorants with the same/better effect?

Because deodorants smell bad compared to perfume

Deodorants have no longevity or projection and have ultra generic scents. Why do dumb spergs make assertions on things they have no knowledge about ?

>> No.18100389

The real questions is: why aren't people washing themselves properly and leaving it at that rather than smearing or spraying a concoction of shit onto themsevles?

The old usage of fragrances has passed, it isn't simply for smell. Instead people today use these fragrances to stand out, you mostly see this with females, if you walk past one 9 times out of 10 you're going to smell their mid (though very noticable) perfumes whereas most men don't use them 24/7 for various reasons. Today most men use deodorants not to be noticed though instead to simply not smell like a penis. So unless you intend to go to a formal place or something you don't really need a cologne though as for me personally it's a collection (I literally bought 1 burberry london my whole collection is friends who give me their high brand colognes)

>t. thinks people wear frags to mask other scents
let me guess, you also call all men's fragrances 'cologne' and women's 'perfume'?

I wear Drakkar Noir almost daily

$100 isn't even that ridiculous in the frag world, though I agree that it's still overpriced. A cheap $40 frag projects more and smells better (most of the time) than deodorants. The truly retarded are those who think price = performance with frags.
