Why is it hard for Nijisanji to part with their talents on amicable terms?

How did NijiEN import bully culture from the main branch?
I thought their fans are mostly liberals..

Even if the artists had already come forward offering permissions for their songs, somehow we still fuck it up. Millie had to clarify we may have not received it or lost it.
Our 3Ds are below industry standard, still stuck 2019 era.
We can't even secure permissions for FOTM games like Palword.

Why are pajeets and chinks so bad at running a talent agency?

A lot of former KR/ID vtubers benefitted a lot by the merger. It also fixed the redundancy issue as weaklings get culled in the process.

Nijisanji management has to do something innovative to revive the group. Increasingly adding mediocre talents to the lineup just doesn't work anymore. If we din't want to be left behind by groups like Tempus/Phase Connect, we need to change our content style.
Thoughts?

I feel opting for quality over quantity just isn't our style. Debuting only 3 talents is way too low.

Should we expect more vtubers to debut given the lackluster performance of the newer talents?

The void left by the pillars Mysta and Nina can't be filled by only 3 newcomers. The decline in viewership is just so huge.

The new hires are okay, but they're kinda boring. I don't understand why we only added 3 when it's clear there's still a huge demand for more vtubers.

Seriously, a lot of people weren't aware the group was debuting new talents cause of lack of ads and promotional. There was no hype at all. This wasn't the case a year ago.

Is it safe to say that the new debutants flopped?

All they have to do is to copy Hololive and Vshojo and yet they still couldn't make it to work.

Any applicants who backed out after hearing the shitshow that was NijiEN? Care to share your story?
As for me, I'm a casual content creator, not a streamer/vtuber. I applied for NijiEN, but I found out through my indie friends that most of their members were young so I backed out lmao. Also planned to apply for StarsEN, but realized it must be fucking stressful to be in a big corp, so I didn't go through with it.
