I miss some horrible spamming in the last 24 hours?

Good to hear you'll be getting up to speed.

Yes, some idiots started spamming "bio |= science".

Such a bad attempt at trolling that I don't think anyone even reacted to it.

nothing out of the ordinary.

I don't get why people spend that much money in "gaming" laptops. Gaming laptops are a marketing stunt. They're sub par compared to desktop PCs when it comes to gaming. And they're not good either as laptops because of the weight and short battery time.

If you to play games with decent graphics : buy a desktop PC.

If you want a portable machine for work / studies : buy a netbook.

You could actually get both for the price of that MSI.

I find portability is too useful, which is why I do it. It's worth the money. It's arguably my most important material possession, rivaling even my car. I like being mobile.

Get a notebook then. It's light and easy to carry around AND you won't have to be constantly plugged to a wall socket.

But then I can't do compiles in reasonable speed, nor play Starcraft 2 or Deus Ex 1 or whatever other game I have. Again, I find value in being mobile with my hardcore computing device.
