I'm supposed to predict all the products of this reaction and which products will be the major products. Is there some kind of program or website that will do this for me? I don't care about knowing this shit at all. I just want to pass this class and never take a chemistry class again. I'd withdraw now if it was an option.

Nah man, I don't care anymore. Switching back to Computer science. This shit isn't for me. I think my average for General Chem 1 and 2 was like 98 or 99%. Then I get to Organic and I'm like wat? Luckily the tests are all multiple choice because the teacher is a dumbass, so they're pretty easy to pass. Just need answers for my homework and shit.

This is an SN2 reaction since you have a strong base/nucleophile interacting with the alkyl halide. Basically you will form the same thing except replace OCH3 with BR.

Nvm, its actually E1 + SN1. Its a tertiary carbon, so it won't favor SN2. You will get a raceimic mix of an alkene(follow zaitsev's rule for the favored one(s)) and a sn1 product where the br is replaced with OCH3.

haha fucking with u again. Since its a strong nucleophile and teritary carbon, you will get an E2 reaction, and u will only form the alkene. Learn the stuff and you will figure out which of my 3 answers is correct.
