I believe this too atm. It can be depressing and while tripping once it made me nearly go insane. Really though it's just the same life you've always lived and everyone lives looked at from a different angle. The fact is that although you can't know for a fact that anything else exists, you can believe it and be pretty damn sure. Even though I think I technically can't know, I fully believe there's a world outside my consciousness.
Human connection, especially love is how you drive off the existential dread and regain your confidence in the outside world. When i was going nuts in existential agony about this while tripping I had to have my brother come in and sit there with me and immediately I felt tethered to the world again.

Why the solipsism hate? How does being the only consciousness in existence make your life any less meaningful? Solipsism is a part of the human condition, no one can know that they aren't alone in the universe. And it doesn't matter anyway - even if other people exist there's no way to share our subjective experiences with them, our thoughts and experiences will always be unique to us.

We're all alone. You can never share your thoughts with another person, speech is inadequate. It won't make any difference how many stand around your death bed, you will experience death alone...and yet we're all interconnected and never alone; whether you live in the objective universe or a dream it's all a part of you and you're a part of it.

It's your ego that needs the universe to be 'real'. It's irrelevant, just enjoy the ride.
