You're looking at a simulation output of combustion temperature vs gas mix translated into Isp, not Isp achieved vs chamber pressure. Nozzle exhaust velocity in vacuum is dependent on gas temperature at the throat and the exhaust's molecular mass. You already run rocket engines so the throat takes the max temperature in nominal conditions to maximize the exhaust velocity. Raising pressure without raising mass flow rate is a no go because you'll melt the engine. At sea level, raising chamber pressure helps a little but most of the improvement is from lower gravity losses from higher thrust rather than a few seconds of Isp. What you're essentially asking is why doesn't SpaceX just run the engine hotter and at higher pressure? They would if they could.

You can find them, the relationships between combustion condition and exhaust M, T, gamma... then simply use the de Laval Ve formula to get a first approximation.

For most large rocket motors the heat flux (cooling) in the combustion chamber is so 'low' that you need a turbopump instead a expander cycle.

Raptor is just a Merlin with a different pump and expansion ratio. Everything else is close enough. Boost the merlin pressure to 30MPa and you get roughly the same thrust as raptor.

My question with other word was: couldn't a Merlin 2.0 with 20-30 MPa (and maybe turbine temp similar to turbojet engines) make sense? a simpler engine with Isp = 310-320 sec instead of 327 of the raptor.
