Confused here.
It's a kinematics problem, which I normally would be fine with, but this seems to be missing crucial values.

The world record for the men's 100m sprint was 9.83 seconds. Assume that the last 40m was run at constant speed and that the acceleration during the first 60m was constant.
Calculate the speed and then calculate the acceleration.

The correct answers are 16.3 metres per second and 2.21 metres per second per second respectively. Why and how do you get these answers?

This is the equation I used to try and work out velocity.

If you increase thermal conduction and evaporation like using a wet paper towel the content should cool much faster.

It is a fundamental fact of nature that nothing can travel faster than light, but matter slows light while gravity is not slowed or screened by anything known thus far.
So light and gravity can only really travel at the same speed in the vacuum of space away from any mass.
There is much debate however, and other ideas are abound over the matter....this is only one of them.

i had a organic chem professor who was a misogynist but every one was okay with it since our class was all male. he would come in and before each lecture he would rant about how women are destroying the world and castrating men on a daily basis. then we would all laugh and learn science.
