It's just for the people who need GAINZ, especially growing kids, but also maybe people who are going back to Urf soon. Some might only ride it a few hours a day, some might stay longer. And there would be exercise rooms too.

Here is a handy reference picture. Gravity is still pulling down, and the centrifugal force is perpendicular. The result is still full g, but at an angle.

Anons have been suggesting a rail car on a tilted track. It shouldn't be hard to make one with a Boring Company tunnel, then lay the track at an angle.
