I have what you could call the "book-ish" knowledge of my science. ( mostly physics and chemistry )
I am terrible at applying things that I know to real-life applications.
I understand it might be a weird thing to ask, but is there a way to become good at application of subjects ?

Oh really. I find it hard to believe that a woman that attractive could deny consciousness, a concept which would only reinforce your status in society, as well as your own internal feeling of happiness and satisfaction.
