I am trying to learn math.
I have no trouble understanding new concepts, but I have huge trouble focusing.
Each day I can learn maybe a couple new things and do some exercises.
After that it's like my brain shuts down and won't let me learn anymore and there is no way I can focus or learn any new things.
Is there anyway to help me focus?
