Are we forgetting this guy has propane tanks and pipe bombs?

You do know only 20% of shootings are fatal.

MoCo swat is in there now, they're pretty pro.

They're trying hostage negotiation though, the idea being if they go in there guns blazing he might pwn the hostages.

Just because the drug companies' medications to treat age related disease become useless doesn't mean they still won't have a huge market. And believe me, they'll jump onto the stem cell anti-aging bandwagon when/if it becomes a profitable reality.

As far as overpopulation... start colonizing space. And neutering people wouldn't be such a big deal, as even completely castrating them would not be irreversible.

I would like to point out that perpetual motion is possible in a perfect vacuum when no outside forces are acting on the object.

Half of /sci/ probably doesn't know.

And even the deepest parts of space are not a perfect vacuum, so this is only theoretical.

Whoa tl;dr for a quick reaction, but my first thought is it must have something to do with solar radiation bombarding the isotopes, I believe if you repeat the experiment in an abandoned diamond mine, you'll notice the results don't hold up.

But yeah in all seriousness, if stem cells can be used to regenerate the CNS then everything else is gravy.

What do you think won't be possible?

Also, couldn't this have been cured with a cornea transplant anyway?

True, but I'd rate the majority of them as "somewhat above average" in looks. It's a bit sad given the tens of thousands of professors out there that only a few out of this small selection would actually rank as "hot".

I donno why this didn't happen 30 years ago.
