Pretty much. I've recently tried on a trench with all the features requred, made of great fabric on top of that. But for some retarded reason despite proper lenght, it's made into more narrow fit and has no hole to access both pocket and your pant's pocket.
The best one I got was super cheap 2nd hand 60% poliester. Despite the fabric it has everything and is super comfy.
