Make a MOT welder. Either a spot welder or an arc welder.

Google, "MOT welder" or "DIY MOT welder". I've made a few myself. The number of turns of wire on your secondary coil and how well you cool the transformer will determine if it is a spot welder or arc welder and the length of the duty cycle.
