If you're going to go with a glove and you're having trouble with making calls, why not try something like this twat in the picture, but more discreet? Looks like you could probably get the parts for under $5, but you'd have to figure out a system for keeping the mic/speaker out of the way when you're not making a call and you want your fingertips to be free. (Maybe some kind of swiveling strap?)
