I figure, if you're already okay with having some wiring and wearing a permanent glove, you might as well thread 2 additional wires through it. All you have to do is buy a wired headset, amputate one earbud, stick the mic in the pinky and the other earbud in the thumb (or attach velcro to it and keep it tucked away in the wrist). Honestly, not that bad. As far as bluetooth goes, it's probably more practical, but this whole project is pretty impractical. If you're going for a cool, futuristic Pip-Boy DIY project, the finger phone is better than just buying a bluetooth headset, in my opinion.
