when i did basic, the 2 i/c told us to get lasik asap (for those who needed glasses)

he described it as something like
>you could just pony up the grand or so and get reinbursed.
>or you could put it off.
>but if you need your mask and wear glasses, and you're caught out not wearing your mask and either needing glasses or having contacts in, have fun never seeing ever again.

The real revelation is that a lot of people, no matter the country, interest, etc, are stupid. It's just that certain groups are more obvious about it so it's easier to tell.
It's like the fags, if they just kept their mouths shut and heads down, no one would give a shit if they take it up the ass, but then you got the faggots going out like the village people swinging dicks in front of 5 year olds and act surprised why people think all of them are like that.

The normal people who aren't treating life as a min-max rpg, larping as special ops with either air soft shit or $5000 parts on a gun, painting my little pony characters on 90 year old military rifles or buying guns with reddit memes on them aren't the ones you'll see or notice. It's always the weird ones posting the shit online thinking it's cool or trying to sell the shit to some other retard.

Just buy some thin sheets of ply and find your high point. Work your way back using a plane and doubling up the thin sheets in the lowest areas.

However if the entry point is the low point and is level with the outside area you will have a hard time making a clean transition

You could lift the subfloor and plane down the offending joists. Perhaps reinforce the now thinner joist with a brick pony underneath

Did you supply the cops with the firearm serial number? Unless pony stickers cover your rife, it is hard to determine which SKS is yours without the serial number.
Call the cops, give the responding office the case number OR the cop should be able to locate the case number. Give him the suspect info. Let them investigate.
If you contact the suspect and ask for your guns, they will be in the river.

I have an ender 3 I'm looking to print diorama terrain bits and pieces on. I'm about to install a 0.2 nozzle, and I'm printing at slow speeds to get the highest quality I can get out of it. Does any one have any suggestions I wouldn't usually run across? I watched a bunch of YouTube videos on guys printing stuff and using their settings got me worse results than my own settings did. I'm using basic PLA and getting okay results out of it. I don't mind doing some putty work, using filler primer or sanding things to get them looking good. I have to do that with purchased models any way

Don't suggest resin printers. I'm disabled and dealing with hazardous materials is out of the question. I bought the ender over the elegoo mars because of these difficulties.

Is there a good stl piracy site out there for /tg/ stuff? There's so many patreon limited edition models that disappear after short windows. I don't mind supporting good creators (And I have bought stls) but there's not good ways to test models out before you pony up the cash. I'd be much happier being able to print things and then if they were well designed purchase them. Like Vidya piracy where I'll pirate a game as a demo and if I played more than an hour I'll go buy it.

If you are worried you could build a pony wall out of bricks beneath that point and shim it up hard. If the wood has been compromised by rot then reducing its span may be wise

I just bought a 100w tpa3116 amp board from China to play around with. Although I was planning on using old speakers I had laying around, but may just pony up some money for used Pioneers bs22 I saw on Craigslist.

Region? We don't have bad blowers here, we have bad ECMs, the motors are usually fine. I see clogged pistons, caps, and jammed up txvs all the time and even had a clogged eev due to installers sitting on flame too long (mashed the rv and freed it up but had to report it to tech support since it was the first clogged eev in the state). Obviously you get freezing at low refer but doing service it's rarely the cause, usually a sales guy just runs a pony show not knowing fuck all and assumes the low pressure is due to the fact it's low and not the fact it's fucking frozen. I've been on so many leak repair calls where the problem was actually a bad relay not engaging the blower that I've grown to really despise sales.

>I just got extra spooked by off hand comments and/or some clients offering ridiculous amounts of money for commissioning items that were closer to stuff for shoving up asses or using for rituals. The latter included a horse skeletonish handled dagger made of a solid piece of Gabon ebony. Figured it'd be pretty horrifying and bad PR if something I spent 50 hours or more on and got paid several grand for ended up with someone's blood on it.

Probably smart. These people just smell like drama. Also, it's one thing for them to commission you, and another thing for their check to clear.

The thing is, if there's some "maker" thing that's a cheap reliable easy money machine, then if you hear about it here then too many people are already doing it.

I bought a custom belt on Etsy, nothing fancy, but it was cheaper and way way way better quality than the shit you buy at a clothing store. There are a couple stores that do that.

It's easy once you have the template down:

Tools/Techniques:
>Pattern
>Strap Cutter (or knife + straight edge)
>Punches (one round, one slot)
>Edge beveller
>Burnisher
>Sewing Chisels
>Sewing Pony

Consumables:
>Leather
>Pro Dye
>Leather Finish
>Buckle
>Harness Needles
>Thread
>Chicago Screws (If you use these, no need for the sewing stuff)

Maybe an edge treatment like gum trag or beeswax if you want.

And now you're making full grain leather belts. And you know what? So are lots of other people. So smarter to specialize, get to know some small market and really cater to them.

tl;dr: By the time an idea pops up here, the market is saturated.

I tried sewing together two pieces of leather together and it proved to be ridiculously difficult. Between the floppiness of it and the holes I made getting lost in the texture/color of the pieces I had, I figured I was doing something wrong and found pic related, which seems like it would help a lot.

Is there any difference between a stitching pony and a lacing pony? Probably going to get one, just don't really know what the specific "features" they have are that's not just "hold leather in place"

The fact that you "measured" your crappy factory action and then it came back setup up but the measurements were still the same speaks volumes to your attention to detail and your finesse. I legit do not think you have it in you to do your own setup. Pony up the money and have someone else do it a second time.

>>1839523
Replacing frets and dressing frets are two different things retard.
Changing to oversized frets requires a *gasp* proper setup with a oversized or shimmed nut to compensate.
Oversized frets have everything to do with feel and player preference, not about action problems.
If they would have dressed your frets with a file, it would have made your guitar less susceptible to buzzing as dressing them slightly raises your action.
This isnt even luthier knowledge, its fucking common sense. Think about what you are saying, are you stupid?

What exactly do you mean by "dried up"? Good pony plushmakers have queues going back several months. I know at least two guys were auctioning slots - slots! - to order one.
No idea what the furfag scene is like, though.

She is a fraud.
Her husband was a big contributor in the community and decided to pimp her out as the next big thing.
She showed up claiming to have done "all the cool things" and suddenly his threads and pics were deleted. Tiamaz was cool but he sacrificed his integrity for cash and a show pony.
Pic related. it tells half the story. Dont try calling her out online, the whiteknights polish their calluses to her and she has no problem doxxing someone and claiming rape/harrassment/stalking or whatever else is popular with tumblrinas.

Mix up some clear 2 part epoxy gorilla glue. Snug up a hose clamp every couple inches around it and glue hose clamps to tube very well.

Tap in some tight af pvc rings inside of the tube and epoxy into place. Or do the same but outside.

Alternatively pony up. Measure the tube u want and buy a little thicker polycarbonate (lexan) 1/8" should hold a fucking car let alone it's own shape.

Good luck op

Those should be enough since you’re just isolating the water heater. That valve on the left looks like your relief valve, so You’ll only use that to relieve the pressure out of the heater when you first start. I think you’re gonna use those 2 caps for the actual flushing. Hook the pump (transfer pump or pony pump would probably be better than a submersible, but whatever works) up to the female port on the cold side and run a hose from the hot side to a bucket. Turn your pump on and when it starts coming out the other side, stop the pump and close off the valves and let them sit. Vinegar may not be sting enough to break up the minerals in The heat exchanger so I would use Hercules Haymaker™© Since that’s what it’s made for.

Ohm's law is easy and you utilize only arithmetic and the most basic algebra to reach conclusions with it. But if you only have test equipment for two voltage vectors and you need to produce three vectors at 0, 240, and 120 degrees then you need a little more than Ohm's law. But! Since you already have a degree the certificate may be sufficient for you. Good luck.

That's funny. I'm from the Hill country but moving to the country outside of CC. Central texas has work but the pay is not as competitive because the area doesn't have as much demand. DFW has quite a bit of work with robotics and smaller scale processes. If you're already comfortable with plant life the refineries are very cool jobs. A little bit of dog and pony and a big dose of safety and protocol that can get tedious but is necessary. They also pay a shitload, give stock options, and big bonuses.

Keep on it with your apprentice training because a J card never hurt anyone. I have two good buddies that work for Schneider Electric out of the portland office and they make bank. Go on Indeed and look at schneider electric's careers. You will be looking for "field service technician" "field service engineer." I don't know who the hiring manager is down there anymore.

When I get a chance I'll reply to the rest of you guys.

You have a refrigerant leak. The only thing I would recommend to a system over 10 years old, is to add a sealant and hope that works. But if it only worked for a few days after adding 4lbs, chances are it’s not going to work. Just stop wasting your time and money and just get quotes to replace the damned thing. And remember; in the HVAC industry, you get what you pay for. Stop having Mexicans & white trash in unmarked white vans show up and charge you $75 to knock on the compressor and have no idea what the fuck they are doing. Pony up or wear the saddle, ya know?

And Don’t bother learning the HVAC trade unless you’re planning on becoming a tech. And if you start shadowing your service tech asking stupid questions, you’re gonna pay for it one way or another.

He certainly is creative, in his ways to pander to mentally ill children and My Little Pony loving types. But can you blame him? Thats the exact demographic who wants to make the little figurines he does. And its working out OK for him it seems.
