It's a long list anon. Most breakfast items are quick to prepare. You don't even need to cheat by using frozen food items. Just start from scratch and use a bit of time management.

I try to eat at least 8 eggs in the morning to stay charged throughout the day. I've tried doing as little as 2 and as many as 10, but I find that 8 is the perfect number for me, otherwise I get kind of bloated by noon.

Pic related is my breakfast today. Try it out sometime.

Slice of white bread, 120. 2x = 240
Average egg will be between 80 and 95 each since it's in a pan, assuming a little bit of oil or butter.
80 x 8 = 640. 95 x 8 = 760. 640+240=880, 760+240=1000.

Also in practice you always highball your counting calories estimates.

Toasted english muffin; cream cheese & marmalade.
Oeuf cocotte.

I usually just fry an egg and slap it on a hamburger bun, maybe with a slice of fried bologna.

The kids greatly prefer box mix muffins or pancakes, but that's a touch longer than 10 minutes and you're in an awful hurry.

Spend one evening a week making a pot of stew, then reheat some of it every morning for a fast, warm, and hearty breakfast.
My go-to is fresh hatch chiles bought outside my local Smith's, boiled in chicken stock and blended. Add poached and shredded chicken, potatoes, tomatoes, and onions. Mix with some assorted spices, then leave it to do its thing for about 4-5 hours in a 300 degree oven. Eat with a couple fresh corn tortillas, which are easy as fuck to make and dirt cheap.

I eat a shit ton of eggs and cook them in pig lard. I never thought about this before. I learn something new.
