Why do boomers so desperately cling to the gas stoves?

What is this image even implying? Induction doesn't get as hot as gas?
What a dumb artist, because that's not the case.

>> No.20440304

>>20440280
I think it’s trying to say pots aren’t evenly heated under gas stoves compared to induction, which is just as stupid and the artist has zero understanding of physics.

>> No.20440340

Yes the coil electric stoves do. Which is why i prefer them over induction. I still prefer gas over coil. Im not exactly sure why. But you know that feeling when theres a blackout and theres no electricity? The lack of electricity around you literally makes you feel different. Thats how we used to feel for millions of years. I think using gas bring a tiny bit of that back.

Whoever made this image is extremely stupid. Induction heats extremely quickly so you're far more likely to warp the bottom of thin cookware, like a carbon wok.
