Just because a food is nutritious does not mean that it is healthy.

"Healthy" is a really shitty descriptor for food, with little utility. It's better to just describe the actual nutrition of a given food.

Eat whatever you want as long as you don't over eat and get all your vitamins and minerals.

Case in point: meat.
It's high protein, but little else going for it. 0 fibre, high quantities of non-essential fatty acids, middling vitamin and mineral content (Good heme iron but this enhances the formation of carcinogenic compounds like NOC and PAH). and it contain biogenic amines like putrescine, cadaverine, and tyramine which are linked to a range of crap like bad breath, migraines, high blood pressure, yardage yardage. And that's fresh, unprocessed stuff. Throw in heavy metals from fish, throw in the effects of excessive antibiotics, throw in all the nitrites and salt and compounds from smoke in processed meats and its really not worth eating unless you need to lose a lot of weight.
Inb4 vegan (I'm not), inb4 "meat makes me feel good" (good for you), it is what it is. Dw about it I'm just saying
